First of all, you need to download a program like Vista Glazz that will patch your theme files. Then, go to deviantart.com, they have the best themes I've seen. Vista Glazz costs money though and you could screw up your pc, so make sure you backup your themes. C: windows/resources/themes.
It's more of a pain than it's worth though, in my opinion.
